At NavaContracting, we stand behind the quality of our work. All projects are backed by a five (5) year workmanship warranty, reflecting our commitment to superior craftsmanship, proper installation, and long-term performance.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship resulting directly from installation performed by NavaContracting under normal use and service conditions. If an issue arises related to our workmanship within the warranty period, we will inspect the concern and, if deemed valid, repair or correct the issue at no cost to the homeowner.

This workmanship warranty does not cover manufacturer defects or materials covered under separate manufacturer warranties, normal wear and tear, weathering, or natural aging of materials, damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, alterations, or work performed by others, or acts of nature including but not limited to storms, flooding, or ground movement.

Manufacturer warranties for materials, including decking, railing systems, concrete products, and accessories, remain subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the individual manufacturers.
